Finch West LRT

A $2.5-billion light rail project with Metrolinx and the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC).

The Finch West LRT (FWLRT) will bring an additional 11 kilometers and 18 stops of public transit, as well renew aging infrastructure, such as the Highway 400 overpass at Finch Avenue West.

The expansion will also involve modifications to existing infrastructure to accommodate the proposed widening, including nine new, replaced or widened bridges, five bridge rehabilitations, retaining wall rehabilitation and seven culvert replacements, extensions or rehabilitations.
