For many construction companies, project photos are meant to taken on-site then sent or uploaded to a company network drive. When the photos are shared, they should include a description, location of the photo, the time and date the photo was taken and who took the photo.
Unfortunately, this doesn’t get done.
This poses as significant risk if there is a project dispute and a company needs to provide photographic evidence to support its claim and is unable to do so.
